Essa rejeição ocorre quando o CT-e a ser substituído informado é inexistente.

Solução

Verificar o CT-e a ser substituído.

Se tipo do CT-e= 3 (Substituição):

• O CT-e substituído deve existir.

Acesso BD CTE (Chave: CNPJ Emit, Modelo, Série, Nro).
